Familiar cards. A lively round. Uganda's Matatu play style, brought to your screen by Wallipah Games.
Ugandan cards, played your way
Chanisi is a free card game inspired by Ugandan Matatu rules. Choose Classic with a standard deck or Joker with added red and black Jokers, and challenge the computer. Familiar special cards keep each round moving.
Guest Classic and Joker games work offline. Optional sign-in connects your profile, game statistics, leaderboards and two-player live matches. No stakes or wallet are required.
Sign in with Google or email to keep your profile, statistics and leaderboard progress. This release includes clearly labelled sample ads.
Version 1.3.0 lets you choose Cut, Sell, or Keep when playing the cutter 7. Cut requires fewer than 20 points after removing the 7. To play it without cutting, sell it and pick 2 cards, even below 20 points. Includes card and game sounds, a saved mute control, and Chanisi app icons. It adapts to your screen: phones use landscape, while PC windows stay upright with larger cards. Both installed apps work offline. The browser game can also reopen offline after its first complete online load.
Before your first round
- Open the browser game or install the official Android APK or Windows EXE.
- Choose Classic or Joker mode.
- Match your cards and respond to special cards as you work to empty your hand.
