Chanisi: The Amatatu Game

Privacy policy

Updated 4 November 2026

Chanisi is published by Wallipah Games (wallipah.com). For privacy questions or help accessing your account, contact admin@wallipah.com.

Data and purposes Guest game results and preferences are stored on your device. Signing in uses Google Firebase Authentication. Depending on your sign-in method, Firebase and Chanisi process your account identifier, display name, email address or phone number to authenticate you and manage your profile. Email codes use the configured email delivery provider; WhatsApp codes use Twilio; SMS authentication uses Firebase. We send account details and completed game statistics to the Chanisi server for profiles, matchmaking and leaderboards. Your display name and game statistics can be visible to other signed-in players. Do not use sensitive information in your display name.

Service providers and advertising Firebase/Google, configured delivery providers and our hosting provider process information needed to operate these features. On supported mobile versions, optional Google AdMob advertising can process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, ad interactions and diagnostics according to your choices and Google's policies. Advertising choices are available under Your privacy > Ad choices when required. Ads are requested without personalization. Where applicable, the advertising consent form requests Apple tracking permission; declining permission does not prevent play. We also show publisher-managed sponsored content; opening an advertiser link takes you to that advertiser's privacy practices.

Retention and deletion Account information and statistics remain while your account is active. Choose My Account > Delete account to erase your profile, authentication account, statistics, verification codes and live match state. Matches are ended for both players. A minimal deleted-account identifier and deletion timestamps remain for the lifetime of this service to prevent delayed requests or restored backups from recreating erased profiles; they are not a usable login or public profile.

Restricted security and administration audit records and completed/cancelled match metadata are kept for 90 days. Resolved player reports are kept for 90 days after resolution; unresolved reports remain until reviewed or until an involved account is erased. Blocks remain until you remove them or an involved account is erased. Expired sign-in-code metadata, administrator sessions, lobby presence and friend invitations are removed after one day. The API checks these limits at startup and hourly, so removal may take up to one additional hour while it is running. Aggregate request timing/count metrics contain no account or IP values and remain for seven days. Payment receipt collection has been removed; previously imported receipts and their receipt audit entries are erased, including from retained Chanisi database backups.

Known Chanisi deployment database backups expire after 30 days, checked daily. Backup copies may therefore contain erased account data until that expiry, but are restricted to recovery and are not used for active play. Before a restore, current account-deletion records must be reapplied to the offline recovery copy, and expired records and retired receipts removed. Code rollback must not restore an older database over later deletions.

New Chanisi API service logs have a 14-day maximum retention setting and may expire sooner under storage limits. Web-server access/error logs may include IP addresses and request metadata and use the host's daily rotation with 14 retained rotations. Older shared host-system logs use the host journal's storage-based rotation rather than a fixed per-app expiry; these cannot be selectively erased by the game. Third-party authentication, delivery and advertising providers manage their own operational records under their published policies. Contact admin@wallipah.com for access, correction, deletion or questions about retained information.

You can also start deletion at the account-deletion page using the web game, without installing the app. Sign in to the account you want to delete, then choose My Account > Delete account. If deletion reports a temporary login-provider error, retry to finish deleting the login; erased game data stays erased. Deleting your account does not delete another player's independently recorded results. Device preferences and guest results can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it.

Your choices Guest solo play does not require an account. You can sign out, change your display name, request account deletion, and revisit advertising choices. Contact us about access or correction requests. Third-party account providers may retain their own records under their policies. Network requests use HTTPS in the production configuration.

Children and policy changes Chanisi is intended for ages 6 and up. A neutral age check stores only an adult/non-adult age band on your device, not your year of birth. Children and users whose age has not been established receive offline solo play without accounts, advertising, live matches or remote content. Online accounts and advertising are available only to adults. We do not provide online services to children in this release. Changes to this policy will be published at the policy URL and reflected in the app.
