Delete your Chanisi account

You can delete your account using the web game without installing the app.

1. Open Chanisi in your browser.
2. Open My Account and sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm Delete permanently.

Your login, profile and game statistics are erased and active matches end. A minimal deleted-account identifier and restricted security audit records may be retained, and recovery backups expire, as described in the privacy policy.

If you cannot sign in, contact admin@wallipah.com to request Chanisi account deletion. Include your sign-in email or phone number. Never send a password or verification code. Ownership must be verified before deletion.
